Sometimes we can't keep life or business under control. In November and December, Taboosport was late in delivering its products for several reasons. The first reason is that the owner of the company, from whom everything starts and who is the foundation and driving force of everything, had many unplanned health problems throughout the past year and then spent some time in the hospital. This significantly affected the functioning of the entire team, as we simply couldn't organize well without him.

The second issue was the delay in the delivery of raw materials, which often happens before the Christmas holidays, disrupting our production process and timing. On the positive side, we had an enormous number of orders that exceeded our production capacity, which we couldn't plan well for in the previous period.

Furthermore, since we are constantly engaged in innovations, we have started producing new products, which will significantly expand our sales range. We are also proud to have launched our own production of bags in which we pack our products. We are especially proud of the innovation – a fan cushion for sitting in the stands and sports halls.

Once all the Christmas holidays are over, we will make every effort to deliver to all customers as quickly as possible. We owe great gratitude to all those who understood our problems, were patient, and supported us to persevere. Of course, there were also dissatisfied customers, whom we honestly understand. However, everyone was very satisfied with the quality of our products once they were delivered.
